Conversion rate optimization (CRO) happens when you go through your website and find out what roadblocks people have when faced with becoming a client/customer or not.
Your conversion rate is the % of people who become leads or clients after arriving on your website. Anything below 3% is low. 3-5% is average. Anything above that is spectacular.
Most small businesses convert at less than 1%.
